What is your favorite form of physical exercise?

My favorite form of physical exercise is walking. It’s simple, relaxing, and easy to fit into any schedule. Whether I’m walking early in the morning or after work, it helps clear my mind and boosts my energy. I also enjoy listening to music or podcasts during my walks—it makes the time fly by and turns exercise into something I look forward to every day.
